The Averdeen Estates NUVALI is located in NUVALI South, Brgy. Laguerta & Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna. The Averdeen is an immediate neighbor to two other residential developments inside Nuvali: the Avida Southfield Settings Nuvali (north) and Hillcrest Estates Nuvali (southwest).
